The Dacha Project
The Dacha Project is a sustainable housing collective. Its members, Danila Apasov, Lea Elleseff, Joe Fisher, Lily Gershon, Marina Gershon, and Sharon Zetter, are building an off-grid homestead and work on numerous projects, from filming videos for About.com and foraging for wild mushrooms, to teaching classes on hula hoop-making and converting cars to run on waste veggie oil.

Shirari Industries
Shirari Industries is an activist-artist couple, Shira Golding and Ari Moore. They offer consulting and creative services to artists, filmmakers, activists, and non-profits, and are striving to be the change they wish to see in the world.

“Working on Frac Attack was a blast, but it was also an exercise in building awareness to a key environmental issue. The public needs to be more effectively informed of the kind of impact that non-renewable sources of energy (and the process of harvesting them) have on our fragile environment and ecosystem. If we can change public perception, I think we can change the way we use energy in the future, and that is the highest cause to serve.”
