Description of Frac Attack from the festival:
The living dead movie cycle of George Romero inspires this collaborative work made in association with the Shaleshock Citizen’s Action Alliance of Ithaca, NY. Not content with Romero’s radical but implicit vision of man and womankinds’ coming implosion, Frac Attack focuses directly on one local “zombie breeder,” the hydrofracking industry. This film’s professional look will engage even the most skeptical viewer.
